Position:Greeter/Usher
Duties: Greet people as they arrive, give bulletins, assist finding seating and greet folks as they leave.
Dates/Time: 10:30 to 11:10 and 12:00 to 12:10 for the morning service

Position:“It’s A Wrap” Team
Duties: At the end of the AM service, gather attendance sheets from VIP folder, return folders to the south end of the rows. Pick up bulletins, etc. left behind.

Position:Venue Seatback Stuffers
Duties: Check chair pockets and replenish offering envelopes, prayer cards and pens. Remove outdated materials

Ministry: Care Ministry
Position:Card Designers, Calligraphers and help with mailing
Duties:The Prayer Card Ministry sends about 250 cards twice a month to people going through difficult times. Volunteers are needed to design cards and help with mailing. Cards can be designed at home on the computer or by drawing a sketch. Calligraphers write the person’s name on the card.
Dates/Time/Frequency: The team usually meets the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month at 9:30 am at the church to assemble and pray over the cards before mailing.

Position: Hospital Visitors
Duties: Call on hospitalized members and others affiliated with Asbury to let them know we care.
Frequency: Once a week for one month out of the year or one weekend a month.

Duties: Assist guests and new members with questions and assist them in finding where to go. Help people get plugged in at Asbury.
Dates/Time: Sunday mornings, 10:30 to 11:15 a.m., 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 11:55 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Position: Gazebo Cashier
Duties: Staff the Gazebo on Sunday mornings. Operate a cash register in the process of selling Asbury merchandise, Perceptions, Prayer Journals and other items. A background check is required.
Dates/Time: Sunday mornings…before, between and after services.
Frequency: One Sunday every 4-6 weeks.
Location: The Gazebo
Number of positions: 2 Teams (consisting of 2 people). This is a fun opportunity to serve with your spouse or a friend.
