AARP Safe-Driving Course

The AARP Driver Safety Program is the nation’s first and largest refresher course for drivers age 50 and older that has helped millions of drivers remain safe on today’s roads. It is designed to help you:

• Tune up your driving skills and update your knowledge of the rules of the road;
• Learn about normal age-related physical changes, and how to adjust your driving to allow for these changes;
• Reduce your traffic violations and crashes, and how to adjust your driving to allow for changes;
• Drive more safely.
• Get an insurance discount. Auto insurance companies in most states provide a multi-year discount to AARP graduates!

To sign up, call the Asbury Registration Hotline at 392-1100 to get your name on the list, no later than the Wednesday before the Friday class date you’ve selected. There must be at least 12 participants signed up for the class to take place, and the class can be no larger than 35 participants. Tell your friends and neighbors, and sign up today!
