Milestone Wedding Anniversaries
Every year, on a Sunday in February, Asbury recognizes member couples that have been married 50 or more years. Throughout the year, couples celebrating 5-year milestone anniversaries at 50 years and beyond receive special recognition in a worship service. In addition, each month we publicize names of couples celebrating any 5-year milestone anniversary. Special drawings of restaurant gift certificates are made periodically. It is our desire to honor these couples who have demonstrated Christ-like commitment to their wedding vows.

Grow Your Marriage!
In an effort to maximize Godly marriages, Asbury’s marriage ministry offers several marriage enrichment opportunities each year. Some of these are held offsite. Other classes are offered weekly through Asbury Roadmap. All curriculum is Bible-based, with the intention of teaching participants how to meet their partner’s needs, communicate the truth in love, and resolve conflicts in a mature, Christ-like way.

Dynamic Marriage is an intensive 8-week interactive course to help marriages go from good to great, mediocre to magnificent, or hurt to healed. It is offered each semester.

Periodically, Asbury offers special marriage enrichment events which are also open to the public. In addition, each year Asbury provides an opportunity for married couples to have a monthly “date!” Couples attend a half-hour presentation and then go out for dinner at the location of their choice to discuss application to their marriage.
